Double Triumph for Mahlako Financial Services at 2024 ABSIP Awards

On 28 November 2024, the Association of Black Securities and Investment Professionals (ABSIP) hosted its 2024 Financial Services Sector Awards, celebrating 30 years of leadership and transformation under the theme “Pioneering Paths – Celebrating 30 Years of Leadership and Transformation in Financial Services.”

The evening brought together industry leaders, sponsors and ABSIP members for a night of inspiration and recognition. Highlights included keynote addresses by ABSIP President Mohau Polo Leteka, Absa’s Sydney Mbhele, and former Deputy President Dr Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, all emphasising the urgent need for financial inclusion and the nurturing of future leaders.
